In 2009, Marcel Morales Rodríguez, a technology consultant and owner of Mor@tek Solutions & Consulting Services, decided to reinvent himself after dedicating 13 years of work to the private sector. As a passionate leader, he certified himself in various branches of the technology industry, utilizing his experience, commitment, and passion. In this way, he materialized his dream of creating his own company, identifying and visualizing diverse areas of opportunity.
In a short time, he acquired his first client, a company with 350 employees, which led to the generation of new cost-effective professional consulting projects. Thus, Mor@tek Solutions & Consulting Services was born, a purely Puerto Rican company with the main focus of satisfying the needs and desires of its clients. Additionally, it seeks to serve as the ideal partner for companies, using the competitive advantages of technology as its main platform.

In 2009, Marcel Morales Rodríguez decided to open his own business in technology consulting services and created his purely Puerto Rican company. Thanks to his leadership, continuous preparation, and 27 years of experience in the banking and technology sectors, Mor@tek Solutions & Consulting Services offers high-quality standards, allowing clients to obtain the IT infrastructure they expect while receiving personalized and excellent service. Morales holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and possesses several certifications within the technology industry, including Microsoft and CompTIA, among others
Jenny Cruz Rivera
Office Manager
In 2015, Jenny Cruz Rivera decided to formally join the team at Mor@tek Solutions & Consulting Services, alongside her husband Marcel Morales, taking on the role of Office Manager. Her integration was significant for the company as she provided reinforcement in areas such as administration, production, and customer service. The Office Manager brings with her 15 years of experience in the banking industry and is highly committed to the company. She is responsible for managing various accounting tasks and financial procedures. Cruz holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management (Magna Cum Laude) from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, and she has also completed courses in Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Polytechnic University of PR.
