In 2009, Marcel Morales Rodríguez decided to open his own business in technology consulting services and created his purely Puerto Rican company. Morales holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and possesses several certifications within the technology industry, including Microsoft and CompTIA, among others.

In 2015, Jenny Cruz Rivera decided to formally join the team at Mor@tek Solutions & Consulting Services, alongside her husband Marcel Morales, taking on the role of Office Manager. Her integration was significant for the company as she provided reinforcement in areas such as administration, production, and customer service. The Office Manager brings with her 15 years of experience in the banking industry and is highly committed to the company. She is responsible for managing various accounting tasks and financial procedures. Cruz holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management (Magna Cum Laude) from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, and she has also completed courses in Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Polytechnic University of PR.
